GOSPEL SUPERFEST 5 WILL HOLD PRESS CONFERENCE IN ATLANTA
Clifton Davis, Howard Hewitt, Dottie Peoples and Dorothy Norwood Scheduled As Guest Speakers; Executive Producer, Dr. Bobby Cartwright Will Announce Final Show Line-Up and New Developments of Media Partnerships

NASHVILLE--United Television, LLC will hold a press conference for Gospel Superfest 5, Presented by Pantene Pro-V.  Scheduled speakers include Gospel Superfest 5 host, Clifton Davis, Howard Hewitt, Dottie Peoples and Dorothy Norwood as producers reveal specifics on the mega show that will record at Atlanta's Civic Center in September of this year.

Dr. Bobby Cartwright, Jr., Executive Producer and Founder of Gospel Superfest USA will announce the final line-up of the Atlanta taping sessions, discuss the Gospel Superfest's involvement with the Atlanta community and reveal the new partnerships that will further expand the media exposure of the Superfest television property.

About Gospel Superfest:
Gospel Superfest is an elaborately staged series of live music driven television specials and weekly programs geared toward uplifting family-oriented programming produced and owned by United Television, LLC.  Dr. Bobby Cartwright, the Executive Producer and founder of the show releases four, one-hour television specials derived from the two-day live recordings each year featuring some of Gospel music's top performers. 

The fifth television recording event of the Gospel Superfest will take place in Atlanta at the Civic Center on September 26-27, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. nightly.  The Atlanta sessions will air in 174 markets via national syndication in top US markets including Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Detroit, Houston, Chicago, Dallas, Philadelphia and Washington, DC.  The show will also air nationally on the Word Network, ETC Soul on PAX (63 PAX owned & operated stations) and internationally on the Trinity Broadcast Network's 5000+ television stations & 33 Satellites strategically placed throughout the world. 

Last year's Gospel Superfest was taped for two nights in front of near sold-out audiences in Jacksonville, FL at the Times Union Center for the Performing Arts.  Network affiliates from FOX, NBC, CBS and the WB Network covered the Jacksonville recording sessions on the morning and evening news broadcasts for the press conference and the week of the show.  Gospel Superfest TV has also received coverage on premiere Gospel, R&B and news radio, print and internet media outlets in the U.S. and abroad.


About the Host & Performers:
Clifton Davis, best known for his role as the Reverend Reuben Gregory on the hit NBC series, "Amen" is back for the fourth consecutive year to host the show.  Davis' most recent credits include starring roles in box office hit movies ("The Painting", "Any Given Sunday", "The Climb"), regular appearances on TBN's "Praise The Lord," the network's prime time flagship program, and regular appearances on ABC's "American Dreams," the recently developed Dick Clark retrospect program surrounding the American Bandstand era.

This year's headliners include ten-time Grammy winners, Take 6, along with Karen Clark Sheard, Hezekiah Walker & the Love Fellowship Choir, Dottie Peoples and the People's Choice Chorale, Shirley Murdock, Howard Hewitt, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Keith "Wonderboy" Johnson and many others. The highly anticipated female foursome, "Ramiyah" (Columbia) and South American native and Hispanic artist, Elizabeth Suza will also grace the Gospel Superfest stage during the two-day recording event that will feature over 25 national recording artists.
